Inter Milan veteran Esteban Cambiasso believes his side have to make a serious challenge for the Serie A title this season.
The Argentine has been at Inter since 2004 and has won 15 titles during his eight-year spell at the club.
Cambiasso, 31, is eager to add to that tally after failing to win any silverware last season.
What happened last year is now the past. Now it all starts again from scratch, Cambiasso told Gazetta dello Sport.
There was pain and disappointment at (last season s) outcome, but the love for this team has never faded.
The tireless midfielder also brushed off rumours linking him with a move away from Inter.
I am happy at Inter, though I have received offers from other clubs, both before and after our treble season in 2010, Cambiasso said.
Despite being criticised by the club s fans for performing poorly at times last year, Cambiasso does not hold any grudges with the fans that ironically applauded him against Catania.
If you do not feel challenged to perform and start to relax, it is not good. I still hear the love from the Inter fans, in the past, and now, he said.
